• Prospective graduate students who wish to be supervised by Prof. Eiji Okano must first pass the entrance examination administered by the Administration Office of Nagoya City University. His supervision of graduate students is premised on their successful admission through this examination.

• Inquiries regarding the entrance examination should be directed to the Student Affairs Division, Administration Office of Nagoya City University (E-mail: shingakuadm.nagoya-cu.ac.jp).
• Prof. Eiji Okano cannot reply to inquiries concerning the entrance examination. Even if prospective students contact him before passing the entrance examination, he can only state that they must first pass the entrance examination.
• The same applies to prospective research students who wish to be supervised by him.
• Prospective graduate students who have inquiries concerning the MEXT Scholarship should contact the International Affairs Office of Nagoya City University (E-mail: ryugakusec.nagoya-cu.ac.jp).
• Prof. Eiji Okano cannot reply to inquiries concerning the MEXT Scholarship and does not provide support for obtaining that scholarship.
